Finished! Order of Phoenix

Harry Potter 5, bought it yesterday noon, finished at dawn.
Fine book. Almost unbelievably good -- exceeding the expectations, given that I expected it to not match books 3 & 4. A few, minor disappointments, and some things were predictable, but most were unexpectedly delightful/ horrific.

Great climactic (?) ending. If 6 were available, I'd buy it!

Lost layout

In my second blog Not a Grey World, I set up the basic left sidebar 200, content 400 pixels wide.

First post was OK.
Uploaded a new picture of me, as author.
Added another post.

When I viewed my site, all posts were in the left sidebar area, not in the posts area.

Will try to change sizes, later.

Oops, same/similar bug here on Tigger, only this time get posts first, than right sidebar below.

BugBlog request?

I realize that either a global or personal bug list would be very helpful, so that I know what little/ large bugs I've noticed I've actually reported.

Hmm, maybe I should blog them all?
Or have my own BugBlog.

Iran, Steel & Velvet revolution

Michael J. Totten is focussing on Iran. He's prolly right. It's prolly more like a combination of 1968 Prague, and 1989.

Already, certainly not the velvet revolution, since there are riot police and beatings of the students. Yet the need to import Afghan & Palestinian bullies, because the mullahs don't trust their own Iranian army to control the Iranian students.

The mullah fear of army control is similar to the commie fear in 89. Using bullies to inflict beating is more like 68 -- but there's no outside big power likely to send in tanks to help the mullah gov't.

I think sending email from a PC to a weblog is really a cool Idea. I'll want to try doing it from work, too -- but that means changing from a secret to a less secret? Hmm, or BCC? Not sure how I want to handle this, yet.

Should I create another blog?

In the near future, I will want some other blogs to test here. Not sure when to try. Will want to test more of the photo gallery, first.
